About Factory Wheel
Factory Wheel Outlet was founded in 1998 by the father-and-son team of Ernie and Jim Gilbert.
Ernie and Jim could not understand how dealers could charge up to $1,000 for a factory replacement wheel. Because most wheel replacement costs are billed to insurance companies, dealers have no incentive to offer wholesale prices to an audience with no other options. As a result, there was no relief for consumers seeking to repair, refinish, reface, or replace damaged wheels without involving insurance companies. Today, Factory Wheel Outlet provides that relief to its clients while supplying top-notch OEM wheels to insurance companies and retail wheel distributors such as LesSchwab.

The stock rims on my Audi Q7 were all scratched up & looked absolutely terrible! A friend referred me to Factory Wheel Outlet to have them refinished, which I didn't even know was a thing... and now they look not only brand new, but custom, as I had them coated in matte black!
